The funds raised are invested to support the mission of the CHU Sainte-Justine — specialized care, research, teaching and health promotion. The management of the Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation works in close collaboration with the hospital management to identify needs and ensure that donations have the greatest impact on the health of children and future mothers. Rest assured that your donations will not be allocated to the administrative operations of the hospital, but rather to the pursuit of excellence in healthcare.

The Sainte-Justine Hospital Foundation manages the donations entrusted to it very tightly, so that the funds raised provide the maximum benefit for the sick children and future mothers who are cared for at the Sainte-Justine University Hospital Centre. The Foundation's operating costs are kept to a minimum (10% in 2004-2005), which represents one of the lowest rates among philanthropic organizations in Canada.
