Céline and David Sépulchre of Montréal, along with their children Jonathan, Perrick and Arnaud, are the lucky owners of all three Uncle Tom watchamacallits. They bid with great determination at eBay.ca to make sure they would get the entire collection of unique Têtes à claques dohickeys.
Why pay so much for a flyswatter, a potato peeler and a snow shovel with a screen? For Céline Sépulchre, the answer is simple: “One of our sons is autistic. Ever since he was born, we’ve been regular visitors at Sainte-Justine. The people at the Foundation and at the hospital are really amazing, devoted and so dedicated to children. They have all in their own way helped us make it through the many challenges we’ve had to face.”
Knowing their children all love Têtes à claques, the couple decided to kill two birds with one stone by giving them unique gifts and, at the same time, giving back to the hospital that has given them so much.
